KCCG Offers Four Membership Levels
Memberships are based on total household income.
Memberships last one year and begins October 1st and ends September 30th of each year.

Ten Free Packs of Seeds
Each member receives 10 seed packets and can purchase additional low-cost seeds. KCCG’s seed varieties are chosen and tested to produce maximum harvest in this region.
Vegetable Plants
Members get access to our plant sales at the best prices in town! Our vegetable plants are specially selected for gardener success in the Kansas City region. Plants are grown in KCCG’s own greenhouse for spring, summer, and fall planting.
Fruit Trees & Berry Plants
KCCG offers disease resistant fruit trees and berry plants for sale to members at affordable prices.
Organic Fertilizer
Each member gets 10 pounds of organic fertilizer and can purchase additional low-cost, organic fertilizer and pest controls.
Free Workshops
KCCG offers 40-50 free gardening and cooking workshops each year to help gardeners of all skill levels.

Tilling Services
KCCG provides a tilling contractor to go to home gardens and till gardens at a low cost to our Green Card Members. To apply, you must come into our office and bring a proof of income (EBT Card, payment stub, social security).
Seeders Digest
KCCG offers an annual “Seeder’s Digest” with information on seeds, plants, events, and more!
Online Resources
KCCG.org offers online resources, including a garden planning tool, recipes, vegetable info sheets, a calendar of events, and more!
Supplies
Members can purchase affordable garden supplies like tomato cages, straw, and row cover.
Rent A Plot
Members can rent plots and raised beds at the nine KCCG-managed community gardens, including our headquarters in Swope Park.
