Dear Community Gardeners:
The Swope Park Community Garden is opening soon!
Please join us at the garden for one of our annual kick-off meetings. At the meeting, you will:
- Learn where your garden plot is located.
- Review the garden rules.
- Receive a key for the gate.
Meeting times (Choose 1):
Wednesday, March 26th at 10:00 am
Wednesday, March 26th at 6:00 pm
The meeting will be held at the Swope Park Community Garden, 6917 Kensington, KCMO, 64132.
You will no longer be able to just come into the office to pick up a key. If you cannot attend one of the meetings, call Joe Sweeny or Phil Meyer to set up an individual meeting. Please note- we are unable to set up one-on-one meetings until later in the season so failure to attend one of the group meeting times will delay your entry to the garden.
Please note the garden season will run until November 1st. All gardeners must be out of the garden by this date, so please plant your crops accordingly.
