Dear Community Gardeners:
The Northrup Community Garden is ready to open. I will be at the Jersey Creek plant sale to sign you up if you have not already done so. If you have signed up already you do not need to attend this meeting.
Please join us at the garden for a quick meeting. At the meeting, you will:
- Sign up for your garden plot if you have not already done this.
- Review the garden rules.
Meeting time:
Monday, March 24th at 5:00-6:00 pm
The meeting will be held at the Jersey Creek Community Garden at 11th and Parallel Parkway in Kansas City KS .
If you are a new gardener, and you cannot attend this meeting, call Joe Sweeny or Phil Meyer to set up an individual meeting. Please note- we are unable to set up one-on-one meetings until later in the season so failure to attend one of the group meeting times will delay your entry to the garden.
Please note the garden season will run until November 1st. All gardeners must be out of the garden by this date, so please plant your crops accordingly.
In order to keep your garden for next season please renew before February 15th, 2026.
