Please note - Berry plants will be available for purchase at our office beginning with our Cool Season Plant Sale on March 20th for Green & Yellow Cards and March 21st for all cards. Pre-orders are not available for berries.

Fruit Tree Care & Maintenance
Fruit trees can be incredibly rewarding, but it takes work to get that reward year after year. Learn pruning and pest management techniques and timing for fruit trees and berries to insure a bountiful harvest.
Cool Season Vegetable Crops
Give in to your spring gardening fever and get outside to plant a spring vegetable garden. Learn about selecting, planting and caring for vegetables that thrive in the cool spring weather.
Onions & Potatoes
Potatoes and onions are two of the most important spring vegetables that are a little bit different than everything else because you don't plant seeds. Come and learn how to grow a bountiful harvest of potatoes and onions.
Hands-On Dormant Season Fruit Pruning
All fruit plants require some sort of maintenance, from pruning to thinning to pest management. Learn what to do, why to do it and when to do it. Learn about dormant pruning in the garden. Workshop will be held inside for first potion and outside in the garden for second portion (weather permitting).
Vegetable Garden Basics
This workshop is helpful for beginning and experienced gardeners. Learn the fundamentals of successful vegetable gardening including: site selection, soil improvement and preparation, garden planning, planting techniques, variety selection, garden maintenance and harvesting.
Volunteer Opportunities Available
As spring approaches, KCCG is looking for volunteers to help us with various projects including packing orders for community partners, delivering Seeder's Digests to libraries, and seasonal orchard maintenance.
