End-Of-Season-Sale-Blog

KCCG will be holding its first ever annual END OF SEASON SALE beginning on Monday, October 14th and will continue until all the inventory is gone!

The sale includes:

  • All Remaining 2024 Seed Packs = $0.10 / each - no limit
  • Potted Fruit Trees (see varieties below) = $45 / each - limit 3 total trees
  • Potted Brambles (see varieties below) = $5 per pot - limit 5 total
  • Potted Shrubs (see varieties below) = $20 / each - limit 3 total
  • Discounted KCCG Shirts

Fruit trees include Apple (Enterprise, Pristine, Liberty), Pears (Blake's Pride), Cherry (Montmorency, Black Gold).

Brambles include Raspberries (Caroline) and Blackberries (Ponca & Natchez).

Shrubs include American Hazelnut, Aronia Berry, Button Bush, and Fig.

This sale will continue until all inventory is gone.

Garlic Orders Available to Pick Up on October 11th

If you ordered garlic, it will be available for pick up on Friday, October 11th at our headquarters in Swope Park (6917 Kensington Ave / KCMO, 64132).

Your order can be picked up at our office Mondays 10am-5pm and Tuesdays through Fridays, 9am - 5pm through October 31st. Starting November 1st our office hours will change so check our website for updated hours.

Please note that garlic bulbs are perishable and MUST be picked up by December 15th. There are no refunds for orders not picked up by this date.

Speaking of garlic, if you plan on picking up your garlic on Friday, October 11th, feel free to stick around for the free "Growing Great Garlic & Onions" workshop at noon and learn all about planting, caring, and harvesting garlic and onions.

If you can't make the workshop on Friday, we will also have a satellite workshop on Thursday, October 10th at 6pm at Ruiz Public Library (2017 West Pennway St, KCMO, 64108).
