Attire
Yes, the garden will be beautiful, and yes, with backdrops like these, you’re probably going to want to snap a few selfies. So come in your garden-inspired attire. But remember the number one rule of Gardens at Sunset – be comfortable! You’ll be walking on grass, paver stones and granite pathways, dining at picnic tables and you may want an extra layer when the sun goes down.
Parking
There will be parking available in the non-reserved spots along Kensington Avenue and behind the KCCG complex on Elmwood. We will have a lighted path for those that park on Elmwood that will guide you to the back gate entrance. See map below.
Entertainment
We have some incredible items for our Silent Auction and a Golden Raffle where you can win a unique trip for two! We’ll also have some fun games throughout the garden. For more information on event activities, click the button below.
Rain or Shine - The Show Must Go On!
The forecast is looking perfect for the evening but we all know how quickly weather can change in Kansas City. In event of rain, dress accordingly and bring an umbrella or even a pop-up tent. In the event of lightning, we will have indoor accommodations.
